The room i got, stinks and the bedsheets have lots of stain.. which i got it change once & the new one also have stains. Apart from that its a good budget hotel.

Location really close to shopping mall n easy access to eating place, and shopping centre. Well-equipped room with nice bathroom and comfortable beds.

Conveniently located near shopping center and local eateries. Cozy, renovated rooms. Friendly staff. a pleasant stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

The staffs is quite friendly and helpful. Offer me drinks when I need to wait for my room to be prepared on first day of check in.

The wifi is only access in lobby which I think it's not gd enuff. It should access for all the room. The price in Booked.net states and wad I actually is different. Which is more than Booked.net states. :(

Good location, clean room, good breakfast (kueh2 good)

1. Room telephone not working very well, rather noisy at time (Room 722) 2. At breakfast, not enough staff to clear dirty plates/bowls, hence we have to carry ourselves to an empty table next to us

This hotel offers great value for money with basic amenities and comfortable rooms. The staff provides excellent service and there are smart TVs in rooms, allowing for easy internet browsing and YouTube streaming. Additionally, the breakfast spread is wide with many varieties offered at a reasonable price.

Everything was fine with no major complaints.

The overall experience was satisfying. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was excellent, the staff extremely courteous and the location can't be better.

In my room, things like a bed lamp were missing, the hot water kettle cover was broken and the bedsheets had turned brown due to overusing.

Breakfast was quite good

No internet wifi, no fixed pc with internet access, no printing facility even at reception (for guests). Bedroom had no bedside (reading) lights. I'd like to know what ou 'superior' room was superior to.

the value for money was exceptional. The prices for the room, as well as the services offered, were very reasonable and affordable. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. From the clean and well-maintained rooms to the basic amenities provided, everything was taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. Situated in the center of all the activity in Batam Island, it was conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and shops.

I couldn't find any fault with this hotel. Everything was more than satisfactory.

It was a cheap and affordable hotel to stay in. Only reconmended for backpackers.

The bed sheets are not clean. You could still see the stain on it. The Breakfast is also not up to expectations of a hotel.

The bathroom had a standing shower, which is my preference. The room was very quiet, unlike many hotel rooms on Batam Island. The buffet breakfast was adequate, especially if you can cope with mainly-Indonesian offerings. That said, you could order eggs done any style but there was not much else to go with them. I only had breakfast there, but the staff were pleasant and very obliging.

Most of the functions on the bed-side remote control gadget did not work - e.g. the clock was incorrect, the remote TV function did not work, there were no bed-side reading lights even though there were controls for them. The bar-fridge was locked which was a nuisance when I wanted a drink of juice or something late at night. Please note that a business colleague recommended the wrong hotel - he meant to refer me to the Swiss Belhotel, which is much better located for my purposes. This hotel wasn't. However, it was not an entirely unpleasant stay even though I probably will not stay here again because of its location for my needs.

Convenient Location 📍

The location here is awesome! It's so easy to get to the main street and there's even a church close by. This place is right in the middle of everything, making exploring super convenient.

Location was good,price was reasonable

This is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel,the 1st time everything was good but the recent stay was disappointed because my room was not properly clean up.

For the price it is good value, rooms comfortable for night Break fast adequate

Only down side is smoking permitted in bar area and lounge.
